How Wing Snob Began
Wing Snob was founded with a simple but powerful belief: great wings deserve great respect. In the heart of Warren, Michigan, our founders — lifelong food enthusiasts — grew tired of mediocre wings served with watery sauces and soggy skin. They set out to create the ultimate wing snob experience in the United States.
Starting from a small kitchen, we obsessed over every detail — the perfect fry temperature, the ideal sauce viscosity, the crispness of the skin. What began as a neighborhood favorite quickly became a destination for wing lovers across the region. 2018
The Spark Ignites
Co-founders Marcus and Diane, frustrated by the lack of premium wing options in Warren, MI, begin perfecting their signature wing recipes in a home kitchen. The original "Snob Sauce" is born after 47 attempts.
2019
First Location Opens
Wing Snob opens its first brick-and-mortar location on Van Dyke Ave, Warren. Within the first month, lines form around the block. The local community embraces the wing snob experience immediately.
2020
Delivery & Digital Growth
Launching online ordering and delivery services, Wing Snob serves customers across the greater Warren metro area. We expanded our menu to 25+ flavors and introduced our famous loaded fries and sides.
2021
Award-Winning Flavors
Wing Snob receives the "Best Wings in Metro Detroit" award from local food critics. Our Honey Bourbon Blaze and Ghost Pepper Challenge wings gain national attention on social media.
2022
Catering Division Launches
