2018

The Spark Ignites

Co-founders Marcus and Diane, frustrated by the lack of premium wing options in Warren, MI, begin perfecting their signature wing recipes in a home kitchen. The original "Snob Sauce" is born after 47 attempts.

First Location Opens

Wing Snob opens its first brick-and-mortar location on Van Dyke Ave, Warren. Within the first month, lines form around the block. The local community embraces the wing snob experience immediately.
